We receive many unique requests for items we donโ€™t normally list in the store.
This custom-payment page gives you a simple, organized way to pay for those special one-off itemsโ€”making the process smooth and easy for both sides.

Choose the dollar amount(s) needed to reach the total price we discussed.

Example: If your order total is $42, you can select $20 + $20 + $2, or any combination that equals your custom price.

In the Order Notes, please include all important information.
(See product photos for where the Order Notes box is located.)

Please list:

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Characters or models

  • Personalization (names, initials, numbers)

  • Quantities for each item

  • Any special instructions

  • Contact information โ€“ Important so we can send preview photos for approval

  • The total price we give you already includes shipping or local delivery for bigger orders. Smaller ones would most likely have shipping added if its not included or free.ย 

  • No additional shipping should appear at checkout.

    • If it does, please contact us right away so we can fix it.

  • We are required to collect sales tax on products where applicable.

At RS3D, we take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. As a small, family-owned business, we ensure each order is crafted with care and arrives in excellent condition.

Please review our return policy below:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, weโ€™re happy to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us withinย 7 days of delivery
  • Includeย clear photosย of the item(s) and packaging
  • Provide aย brief descriptionย of the issue

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We alsoย cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available on aย case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Weโ€™ll notify you of approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to yourย original payment methodย withinย 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more thanย 15 business daysย have passed since your return was approved, contact us atย store@rs3d.us.

How to Report an Issue

Forย damaged or incorrect items:

  • Photosย of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging
  • A briefย description of the issue

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue was caused byย shipping damageย orย production defects, RS3D will cover return shipping.
  • If the issue was caused byย customer use, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

RS3D Shipping Policy

At RS3D, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

  • Production Time:ย Some items are made to order and require additional time to be 3D printed.
  • Stock Levels:ย Not all items may be in stock at the time of purchase. Orders may include both in-stock and made-to-order items.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:ย Orders typically ship withinย 2 to 10 business days, depending on availability and production time.
