Shipping Costs

At RS3D Printing, we charge shipping for most products.
As a small, family-run business, we aren’t yet able to offer free shipping without significantly increasing our prices. Over time, as we continue to grow and better understand shipping costs, we may adjust our pricing to include shipping in the future.

⏱️ Order Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Production Time: Many of our 3D-printed items are made to order and require additional time to print.

  • Stock Levels: Some orders may include both in-stock and made-to-order products.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders ship within 2–10 business days, depending on product availability and production time.

📦 How to Report an Issue

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please email store@rs3d.us with the following information:

For Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your preferred resolution:

    • Replacement product

    • Refund to original payment method

    • Store credit

For Missing Items:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the missing item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your preferred resolution

🚀 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue was caused by shipping damage or a production defect, RS3D Printing will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the issue was caused by customer use or handling, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
