At RS3D Printing, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every 3D-printed product we make. As a small, family-owned business, each order is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Please review our return policy below.
🛑 All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
To qualify, please:

Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
