I help out when I can because I get it—waiting on parts or dealing with slow manufacturers can put you in a bad spot. If I already have the part on hand and can spare one, I’m usually willing to help someone get back up and running quicker.
That said, my price may sometimes be higher than ordering directly from the manufacturer. That’s just how business works—I’m not a charity or a parts dealer by trade, so I still need to make something beyond what I originally paid. My time sourcing the part, keeping inventory on hand, and the convenience of same-day availability all factor into that.
I’m choosing to help, not obligated to. So as long as you understand the value of getting the part faster and treat the process with respect, I’m more than happy to help you out when I can.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue was caused by shipping damage or production defects, RS3D will cover return shipping.

We use a variety of filaments, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU/TPE, Nylon, and specialty blends like carbon fiber–filled, wood-filled, and metal-filled PLA. If you need specific materials, contact us before ordering.

We use HTTPS encryption, secure payment gateways, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
